Winnie the Pooh and Friends Nursery
by Samanthar Christmas
Crib area of the Winnie the Pooh and Friends Nursery under the tree
We got the idea for our Winnie The Pooh and Friends Nursery from a very vibrantly colored nursery border with Pooh and Friends in the forest by the tree and the bridge. We painted the walls with two Disney colors. "Christopher Robin's Green" on the bottom and "Winnie the Pooh Yellow" on the top.
Then we drew the tree from the borders and placed it in the corner of the nursery where the crib is. We painted it to match the border. The leaf effect of the tree was achieved with a sponge roller. We also placed a real bird house in the tree. We applied several vibrant stickers that go with the border as well. There are very small glow in the dark stars applied in the tree foliage. At night they look like fire flies. The whole nursery is constructed of Winnie the Pooh and Friends items. We even have a Winnie the Pooh and Friends humidifier. ![]() We have also cross stitched Alistair's name on the Winnie the Pooh hamper. ![]() ![]() ![]() Winnie the Pooh and Friends Nursery
