Kenley's Neopolitan Stripes Nursery
I LOVE my neopolitan stripes nursery for my baby girl Kenley! She is due March 25, 2009 and I can't wait for her arrival. My nursery was inspired by the DwellStudio Olivia crib bedding set purchased from Target.  I chose pink, brown, and white to match the bedding. Nothing is handmade, yet! My MIL is making a quilt. I am also getting an heirloom quilt that my great-grandmother made. This room took me about 4 full days. I am a kindergarten teacher full time, so I would come home from school and do some painting, but most was done during the weekends. It was fun, but once I got to the stripes, it was fairly difficult to get them all straight. I loved drawing and painting all the details (trees, quote, letters, etc.)  I did the entire neopolitan stripes nursery on my own, only because I'm super picky and didn't want to upset anyone in the process! I have TONS of storage with the furniture we picked. Most things will be stored in drawers, with some on bookshelves, baskets, and the closet.  Kenley's Neopolitan Stripes Nursery
