My Bebesounds Angelcare Apnea Monitor

My apnea monitor is the one baby product that I absolutely depend on everyday.

A friend of mine lost a baby to SIDS recently and it really shocked me. I asked my doctor about SIDS while I was still pregnant and he recommended an Apnea Monitor. It doesn't prevent SIDS but it sure gives me peace of mind! As long as the alarm isn't going off I know Ryan is still breathing. After what happened to my friend, I think I would go crazy worrying without it!

I use the BebeSounds Angelcare Movement Sensor and Sound Monitor. I chose it because it has an extra large pad so that your baby won't roll off it and give false alarms and the reception is clear with no interference.

I use it every time I lay Ryan down and I'll use it with my next baby too - I couldn't imagine not having it!
