Malaynas Love and Nature Nursery

I loved the theme by Circo "Love and Nature" from target and put Malayna's nursery together based on that theme.


What brand and color of paint did you use?
2 walls are green - 2 walls are pink. The paint brand is Olympic.


If you added stripes, polka dots or other paint effects, tell us how you did it.
I added decals that were available at target. They look painted on though!


What brand of crib and furniture did you buy? Where from?
The crib was given to us by a close friend. Same with the dresser. The changing table was purchased from Craigslist.com


What bedding set did you use? Where did you buy it?
The Love and Nature bed set- crib/toddler converter from Target.


Tell us about your window treatments, lighting, rugs, wall decor and accessories. Where did you buy them - were any handmade?
Window Valance is from target along with the rug and wall decals. The lamp is also from target.


How did you store all your baby goodies? In baskets, on shelves?
Baskets and in the dresser.


How long did it take you? Was it easy, fun, difficult? What was your favorite part?
It took about a month- it was a blast. Definitely overwhelming, but SO worth it in the long run! We love it!!!


Did you do the entire nursery on your own or did someone help you? Who? What did they do?
My wonderful fiance and mother helped with the nursery. I had the ideas - they brought them to fruition. (I had the ideas of where I wanted everything - and my fiance did most of the work! My mom helped a lot too!)


What do you love most about your little one's finished room?
I love how peaceful and serene it feels. It's like a get away in the back of our house. It came together beautifully. We are very blessed!
