Garden Princess Baby Nursery

Outside our daughter's nursery window there is a flower garden and two flowering trees. Since our daughter was born in the spring and when everything is starting to bloom a garden princess nursery was a perfect theme.

What brand and color of paint did you use?
Behr paint, Barely Pink.

What brand of crib did you buy? Where from?
Carter's from Target

What brand of furniture did you choose? Where did you buy it?
A ladder shelf bought at HOM furniture and a nightstand bought at Homegoods.

All other furniture are family antiques that we repurposed.

What bedding set did you use? Where did you buy it?
We purchased our bedding at BabyBedding.com and Pottery Barn Kids.

Tell us about your window treatments, lighting, rugs, wall decor and accessories. Where did you buy them - were any handmade?
Window treatments and a topiary accessory were handmade. Accessories were purchased at Pottery Barn Kids and Homegoods.

How did you store all your baby goodies? In baskets, on shelves?
Mainly in baskets on a ladder shelf, but there is luckily a large closet in the nursery so we put in some closet organization as well.

How long did it take you? Was it easy, fun, difficult? What was your favorite part?
The nursery took us about 4 months total from design planning phase to completion. My favorite part was probably the chandelier. I got teary eyed when my husband hung it...

it was just so perfect and feminine.

Did you do the entire nursery on your own or did someone help you? Who? What did they do?
We did everything except for the new carpet install.

What do you love most about your little one's finished room?
The overall ambiance of the room, it feel so special as soon as you walk in, it is just so perfect for her.
