This recall involves about 25,000 Evenflo Switch-A-Roo telephone toys made between October, 2008 and June 2009.
The model number is 6391911. These toys were sold at Toys R Us for about $8. The mirror decal attached to the toy can peel away, creating a choking hazard. Immediately remove the mirror decal and throw it away. Additional questions can be directed to Evenflo at 800-233-5921.
