Ahoy Matey Pirate Nursery
My pirate nursery was inspired by the NoJo Ahoy Matey bedding set.
We got the crib from craigslist. The glider was from craigslist too - we just changed the cushion cover to match the color of the room. We got the dresser/changing table from Burlington Baby Depot. The bookshelf was bought by our parents. We got an extra valence for the other window, mobile and hamper from Baby Depot. The lighthouse at the wall, lampshade and nightlight was from a yard sale. The taggy blanket was handmade by Kyler's grand aunt and grandma made the pirate on the changing table. All the clothes are in the dresser and closet. The toys are in the basket and the cubby holes. Doing everything there was our favorite part. It took us more than a month to finish it up with the details. We - mom, dad and grandma did the nursery together - It was a joint effort.
